王闪闪
王闪闪，女，博士，金皇朝2注册平台青年研究员，硕士导师。2015年获得金皇朝2注册平台气象学博士学位。2015-2019年工作于中国气象局兰州干旱气象研究所，期间赴中科院大气物理研究所学术访问1年，现工作于金皇朝2注册平台。主要从事干旱半干旱地区的气候变化、极端天气气候事件检测归因、干旱成因分析及预测等方面的研究工作，在BAMS、Scientific Report、Hydrol. Earth Syst. Sci.、International Journal of Climatology、Climate Dynamics等期刊上发表SCI论文10余篇。
